SARGA BODYWORK's educational programs and proprietary products offer bodyworkers a unique and comprehensive system that is as effective as it is elegant. Sarga Bodywork’s courses train and certify practitioners in their distinctive methodology. Their proprietary products facilitate a creative, efficient, and completely mobile application of these methods.
SARGA BODYWORK is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This fabric strap is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods. These methods, combined with the broad contact surface of the foot facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in recipients’ bodies.
SARGA BODYWORK MARRIES METHOD AND DESIGN, enabling practitioners to gain tensional support and force with a fabric strap fastened to a massage table or floor-mat via their proprietary equipment. In addition to support, the Sarga Strap can be transformed into a variety of tools, and facilitates a wide range of body mechanics for the practitioner. By pulling up on the strap while applying downward pressure, practitioners gain tensional force that can then be transferred onto the recipient’s body. Utilizing high-friction lubrication, gravitational and tensional force, practitioners can deliver consistent, oblique pressure to provide a uniquely effective myofascial therapy.

Dans ce cours d'une journée en personne, les étudiants seront initiés à la théorie et aux techniques de base de Sarga Bodywork. Ce cours est conçu pour donner un aperçu du monde du Sarga Bodywork sans avoir à s'engager à la formation complète du Sarga 101 de 4 jours. Ce cours remplit également les conditions préalables au cours SargaThai.

Pré-requis:
- Vous devez être à l'aise avec la thérapie manuelle au sol.
- Vous devez satisfaire aux exigences de votre province ou pays en ce qui concerne la massothérapie ( si applicable).
- Vous devez être titulaire d'une assurance responsabilité civile et d'une assurance responsabilité professionnelle dans la province ou le pays où vous exercez.

Objectifs:
- Aperçu de l'équipement au sol de Sarga Bodywork.
- Sensibilisation, mécanique, entretien et hygiène des pieds.
- Principes et théorie du Sarga Bodywork.
- Précautions et contre-indications pour le massage avec les pieds.
- Les méthodes de base d'alignement et d'enveloppement de la sangle Sarga.
- Techniques de base du massage myofascial postérieur et antérieur, assis et debout, en utilisant vos pieds.

Prerequisites:
- Must meet your state's massage licensure requirements and have at least 1 year of manual therapy experience.
- Must have current liability/malpractice insurance.
- Must be approved to register. Interested individuals must apply.
Price: 900$
Objectives: In this course, students will gain barefoot massage skills in both posterior and anterior applications, an understanding of Sarga Strap alignment and wrapping methods, and will be introduced to Sarga equipment and safety considerations for raised massage tables. Upon completion of this 4-day course, students will be able to administer a 90-minute, full body Sarga Bodywork treatment. Note that all techniques learned in this course can be applied to bodywork on our floor-based equipment.

ATTESTATION DE FORMATION & CERTIFICATION SARGA BODYWORK®
À la réussite de la formation Sarga 101, vous recevrez une attestation confirmant que vous avez complété la formation avec succès du Centre Orchidée reconnue par la RMPQ. Cette attestation est toutefois distincte de la certification officielle Sarga Bodywork®.
Si vous souhaitez offrir et promouvoir Sarga Bodywork® comme un soin à part entière dans votre pratique, vous devrez compléter le processus de certification officielle auprès de Sarga Bodywork.
Après votre formation Sarga 101, le processus comprend notamment :
1. La réussite des évaluations de la théorie en ligne;
2. 20 séances pratiques effectuées auprès d'au moins 8 personnes différentes;
3. La remise des formulaires de pratique requis;
4. Une évaluation individuelle d'une heure en ligne avec un instructeur Sarga Bodywork.
Coût de la certification officielle : 175 $ US
Les participants qui achètent leur certification pendant leur formation Sarga 101 bénéficient d'un rabais de 10 % sur les frais de certification.
Pourquoi obtenir la certification?
Avant d'avoir complété la certification officielle, vous pouvez intégrer certaines des techniques apprises à vos soins de massothérapie existants. Toutefois, vous ne pouvez pas offrir ou promouvoir un soin complet sous le nom Sarga Bodywork®, utiliser le logo Sarga Bodywork®, ni vous présenter comme un Praticien Certifié Sarga Bodywork®.
Une fois toutes les exigences de certification complétées avec succès, vous pourrez officiellement offrir et promouvoir vos soins Sarga Bodywork® et utiliser le titre Certified Sarga Bodywork Practitioner®.
