WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, students will be introduced to traditional Thai massage techniques applied to the head, face, and neck. This approach combines gentle pressure, mobilizations, and subtle stretches to effectively release tension and promote a deep state of relaxation and well-being.
Students will develop a clear understanding of the anatomy of the head, face, and neck, as well as the key areas where stress and muscular tension commonly accumulate. They will explore various techniques that improve blood and energy circulation, calm the nervous system, and provide a revitalizing and harmonizing effect for the recipient.
Special attention will also be given to intraoral work and the jaw area. Students will learn specific techniques to release deep tensions often associated with bruxism, teeth clenching, or jaw discomfort, helping restore greater mobility and overall relaxation in this delicate region.
